Shipping policy

 ZUMA is a one-woman show, please allow up to 2-3 business days for your order to be dispatched to Australia Post or DHL for US international orders. During busy periods or a launch it may take a little longer due to the high volume of orders. 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please ensure you have entered the correct address at checkout as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been sent. If your parcel is "returned to sender" it is the customers responsibility to pay the shipping costs for it to be sent out to the correct address.

Standard Post Within Australia flat rate $12 (2-7 business days from dispatch)

International
Standard Post New Zealand flat rate $16 (4-7 business days from dispatch)
Standard Post International US flat rate $65 (allow up to 14 business days from dispatch)

All customs and duty charges are to be paid by the customer.

Shipping Protection We offer shipping protection up to $100AUD, however please note that ZUMA is not liable for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have left the warehouse. Please ensure you have entered the correct address  at checkout as we cannot redirect parcels once they have been sent. 

Peak Holiday Periods During holiday times or peak periods Australia Post may take slightly longer to deliver your order, unfortunately this is out of our control but contact us if you have any issues or enquiries!
